Bunya Native Nursery is able to provide a wide range of native plants, from commonly occuring natives-right through to difficult to obtain local native plants for the Sydney region.
Our plants are available in hiko cells, tubestock, a range of pot sizes and tree bags for more advanced tree plantings.
Our skilled nursery staff particularly specialise in growing rare and hard-to-grow plants for western Sydney-with many species and variations only found within our nursery.
Our nursery also has a bush-tucker specialty, partnering with several Councils and schools. Bush-tucker gardens are an excellent community feature which helps spark public interest into native plants and natural areas. This is often the first and most important step in conserving these amazing plants and their historic uses for future generations.
We provide the common, well-known bushtucker plants, as well as many more, less common plants which are sure to spark interest in any garden.
For more information including a full species list, please email your details to bunyanativenursery@gmail.com.
Bunya Native Nursery has provided over 350 species of native plants over the past 5 years of its operation alone and is continuing to grow! With our climate-controlled greenhouse we are able to provide a wider range of native species year round. However unfortunately some species are only available seasonally.
Our highly experienced and friendly staff are more than happy to provide advice and specifically tailored species mixes for your individual project needs and budget.
If your revegetation project includes species not listed in our stock lists we are usually able to source and grow these plants in advance.
Newly obtained plants may not be listed immediately, so just email us your request and we’ll do our best to find it for you.
For prices it is usually best to contact us at admin@bunyanativenursery.com.au with your species list/number of plants as prices can vary depending on maturity, pot type and growing difficulty.
We also provide bulk discounting and are willing to work within specific budgets to provide the best species mix for your revegetation area.
